Cheese Sauce

This recipe is super easy and you can pretty much use any cheese or cheese combination you want.


***Do not use shredded cheese. It will make your sauce lumpy***


  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Flour

  • 6oz Cheese

  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/8 tsp Paprika

  • 1 Tsp Salt

Step 1:

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter, add flour and whisk until lightly golden brown.


Step 2:

Add milk, seasoning and whisk until bubbly and thickened


Step 3:

Turn off heat, add cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
